On the afternoon of 12 October, 35 journalists from 25 Chinese and foreign media organizations, including Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, the China Review News Agency, CTITV, Joong-Ang LIbo, The Hankyoreh and Khmer Daily, participated in the first reporting tour organized by the Press Center of the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Journalists visited famous scenic attractions along the Central Axis of Beijing such as the Yongding Gate, the Jingshan Park, the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, and the Olympic Tower, to learn about the time-honored history of Beijing as the nation's capital and its modern vigor and vitality, especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.
Kim Qihyun, Chief of the Beijing Bureau of The Hankyoreh, praised the Press Center of the 19th National Congress of the CPC for broadening its range of service and activities.
