The press conference of the spokesperson for the 19th National Congress of the CPC will be held at 16:30 at the Golden Hall on the third floor of the Great Hall of the People on 17 October 2017 (Tuesday). Journalists are kindly reminded of the following:
1. Journalists who have received confirmation may collect the invitation at the Reception for Chinese Mainland Journalists, Reception for Journalists from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan and Reception for Foreign Journalists on the second floor of the Press Center from 14:00 to 19:00 on 15 October and from 9:00 to 12:00 on 16 October .
2. Please enter the Great Hall of the People with your invitation (each invitation admits one person only) and press card through the East Gate 60 minutes in advance, go through security check (including your camera, video camera and other equipment) and take seats at designated areas in the Golden Hall on the third floor.
3. Please park your vehicle with vehicle pass at designated areas in the Tiananmen Square.
4. Free Wifi access is provided (no password required) at the Press Conference. Please search “Press Conference” for connection.
5. The Press Conference will be live broadcast by China Central Television (CCTV). The Press Center will provide free public signals for live broadcast. Please be advised that wireless launch equipment are not allowed in the area and please turn your mobile phone into the silent mode or switch it off.
6. According to relevant regulations of the Great Hall of the People, selfie sticks are not allowed in the area.
