2. Journalists are Kindly Reminded of the Following:
1). Your press card for the Congress is required for covering open delegation discussions. Please enter the Great Hall of the People through the East Gate and go through security check 60 minutes in advance. Please park your vehicle with vehicle pass at designated areas.
2). You may choose any open delegation discussion to visit and transfer to other delegation discussions inbetween. Please follow the guidance of the working staff during the transfer and enter the new discussion hall during the intermissions of the delegates’ remarks.
3). Please stay (including photo taking, and audio and video recording) in designated journalists’ areas, turn your mobile phone into the silent mode or switch it off, and do not enter the delegates discussion area. Please be advised that wireless launch equipment or selfie sticks are not allowed in the area.
4). Please be advised that delegates discussions in process are not open for questions. You may ask questions at the Q&A session after the discussion.
5). Please do not directly ask delegates for interviews during the open discussion. Please log onto the Interview Application System on the official website of the Press Center and apply for interviews. For approved interviews, please proceed outside delegate discussions areas.
