The Closing Ceremony of the 19th National Congress of the CPC is to be held on the morning of 24 October at the Great Hall of the People. Journalists are kindly reminded of the following for covering the Closing Ceremony:
1. Security check will begin at 9:30 am. Please enter the Great Hall of the People via the East Gate with the press card for the Congress, go through security check there, and wait at designated areas. Around 10:30 am, please be seated at the area for photography journalists and cameramen on the 2nd floor and the area for print journalists on the 3rd floor under the guidance of the working staff. Please keep quiet while entering these areas.
2. Please park the vehicle with vehicle pass at designated areas in the Tiananmen Square.
3. After the Closing Ceremony, relevant documents are available for collection with the press card at the distribution desk at the South Hall, 2nd floor of the Great Hall of the People.
4. Please be advised that wireless launch equipment or mobile selfie sticks are not allowed in the areas and that journalists may carry ONLY ONE mobile phone per person. Please turn the mobile phone into the silent mode or switch it off.
