BEIJING, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping was named chairman of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Military Commission (CMC) on Wednesday at the first plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
Xu Qiliang and Zhang Youxia were named vice chairmen of the CMC.
